Phenomenal dining options impressed me. Staff were welcoming, making every interaction pleasant and refreshing!

Occasional power outages caused discomfort. Room size felt cramped, particularly with luggage around.

Buffet meals had a great selection and were particularly well-liked by the kids. service was friendly and attentive. The pool area was delightful but lacked sufficient sunbeds, leading to early morning towel reservations. The hotel is conveniently located one block from the beach, making evening strolls a breeze, although some hidden beach access turned out to be challenging due to sunbed bookings. With air conditioning being free and essential during the heat, the stay was mostly comfortable.

The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Enjoyed the amazing pool areas, especially the kids' pool, and the fitness center was well-equipped. Dining outside by the lake added a nice touch. The drinks at the beach bar were refreshing after a long day at the beach.

The stay was enjoyable, especially due to the exceptional dining options available. Every meal was a treat, from fresh breakfasts to impressive dinner choices like steaks and lamb chops. There are plenty of nearby attractions like the beautiful Alcudia beach, just a short walk away, and the staff made dining a pleasant experience. One downside was the internet connectivity in the room, which was inconsistent at times, but overall, the experience was delightful.

the balcony offered a lovely view of the hotel pool, and you can stroll to the beach in just a few minutes. the breakfast and dinner buffet was affordable with plenty of choices. the friendly staff made our stay even better, always ready to help and provide information.

this hotel is amazin! the food was really good with lots of choices, and the staff are super friendly and helpfull. the beach is jus a short walk away and they got a cool beach bar which is p awesome! entertainment for the kids is on point, they always had fun and made it easy for me and my partner to relax. our room was cozy and clean, loved it!

Although the activities were fun, they started relatively late, making it difficult for early birds to enjoy a complete night’s sleep. get ready for unexpected fees, like one for using the safe in your room.
